Cancellation conditions

• No costs will be charged for cancellations and changes made up to 31 days before the date of arrival. This does not apply to bookings for which an early bird discount was used. The cancellation costs are in any case 5%.
• Cancellations and changes made 30 days or more before the date of arrival will be charged 40% of the total price.
• Cancellations and changes made 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 70% of the total price.
• Cancellations and changes made seven days or more before the date of arrival will be charged at 90% of the total price.
• No-shows and early departures will be charged at 90% of the total price

Final cleaning

The final cleaning is not included in the price and will be charged separately: € 15.00 per person.

Local tax

The local tax of € 3.50 per person per day will be billed additionally. Children under 15 do not pay any local tax.
